Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • POS & IT Support: Manage the POS system (troubleshooting, updates, and menu programming) and provide basic IT support for restaurant hardware/software.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage ordering to minimize waste and variance.
  • Team Leadership: Train and roster staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Reporting: Generate daily sales reports and analyze inventory data for management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader in the F&B industry (Dubai experience preferred).
  • Technical Skills (Must-Have):
  • Expert proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Micros, NCR, Lightspeed).
  • Strong background in Inventory Management software.
  • Solid IT knowledge (basic networking, hardware troubleshooting, software integration).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
