  • Must be able to work as per Executive travel & time zones
  • Works closely with very senior Executives
  • Should have handled demanding, high-pressure role
  • Requires complex diary & calendar management
  • Agenda planning & meeting preparation
  • Constant follow-ups with internal and external teams
  • Coordination across multiple departments
  • Frequent travel management
  • Must align with Concerned person’s travel zone
  • Interaction with very senior VPs & Executives
  • Must be polished, professional, and pleasant
  • Extremely organized
  • Experience working in large organizations (500+ employees) & strong career stability in previous organizations.

Critical Requirement

The candidate must have previously worked with a very senior person

(Chairman, CEO, Founder, Board Member, Family Office Head, etc.)

The subject role is for one of the leading Property Developers in the region.
