Job Summary
We are a leading FMCG wholesaler looking for an energetic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to manage field sales operations. The role involves visiting retail outlets, generating orders, expanding market reach, maintaining distributor–retailer relationships, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, groceries, supermarkets, restaurants and other outlets daily
- Promote FMCG products and schemes to retailers
- Key focus to promote our in house brand products
- Generate and book sales orders from existing and new customers
- Expand distribution by onboarding new retail outlets
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Handle product feedback, complaints, and return issues
- Maintain daily sales reports, beat plans, and order records
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG field sales or wholesale trade preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with retailers
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Familiar with local market and retail network
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience dealing with FMCG products
- Knowledge of routes, beats, and local retail clusters
