We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding service, maximizing in-store sales, and maintaining visual and operational standards in alignment with brand expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in finding the right product based on their needs.
• Promote repeat business through suggestive selling and loyalty program registration.
• Efficiently handle billing, POS, and payment transactions including cash, cards, and vouchers.
• Maintain sales confidentiality and strictly adhere to security and SOP protocols.
• Ensure products are displayed according to brand layout and visual standards.
• Support clearance sales and restocking processes per store guidelines Presentation and Conduct.
• Maintain a polished appearance and follow grooming standards at all times.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge to assist with cross-selling and promotions.
• Remain flexible to work extended hours during peak sales or seasonal periods.

Addition Note:

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-driven mindset .
