Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our construction company. The role involves managing site activities, office operations, project delivery, and team performance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall construction and office operations
• Oversee project planning, execution, and site activities
• Ensure coordination between engineering, procurement, and administration teams
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, safety, and quality standards
• Manage and guide project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Review project progress and ensure timely completion
• Improve operational processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of site operations, contracts, and budgeting
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in the UAE construction market
