Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, have strong coordination skills, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to senior executives
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documents
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Handle emails, phone calls, and communication in both Arabic and English
- Arrange travel, visa processing, accommodations, and itineraries
- Maintain confidential records and company files
- Liaise with government offices, clients, and internal departments
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points
- Support day-to-day office operations and special projects
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience working in the UAE is mandatory
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of UAE business practices and government procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
