The Role
On behalf of our highly prestigious, UHNW client we are hiring a Personal Assistant to work 1:1 with the family to manage their busy personal life. This visible couple have a young family and are based between UAE, Asia and Russia, and it is imperative that the successful candidate has no impediment in travelling to these locations. The role is very fast paced and multi-faceted; candidates should be able to pivot quickly and manage situations as they evolve. We are seeking an individual who has worked within a private family environment, managing all aspects of their lives and who can blend seamlessly into the background. The role encompasses full international property management of all their homes, oversight and recruitment of all household operational staff, management of all personal appointments, full travel management, both private and charter jets, security management, and personal shopping requests globally. Additionally, the successful applicant will be expected to have an updated. strong contact network globally, being able to secure difficult to get dinner tables, tickets and luxury items prior to the release to market. Property management as stated plays a large part and candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent project management ability; refurbishment of properties, offices and oversight of contractors as well as research, management of personal finances and assisting with private travel and personal errands for extended family members when required. Strong MS Office skills are required as the principal requires typed inventory reports and schedules, and we are seeking applications from candidates with excellent English skills. Our client has expressed a desire to see candidates who speak fluent Russian and or an Asian language, such as Chinese, Japanese and/or Singaporean. Candidates must be flexible and adaptable; this is will be a 24/7 role and will be compensated as such.
