We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate and looking to kick-start their careers in the Dubai property market. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from senior agents while working to build your client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client inquiries and providing timely responses to potential buyers and renters.
• Support senior agents during property viewings and open houses.
• Conduct market research to help identify properties that meet client needs.
• Learn and understand the sales process, including negotiations and contract preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to client dealings and property listings.
• Attend training sessions and actively seek to enhance industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is an advantage but not required.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
• Nice and pleasant appearance.
• University diploma from Dubai.
