We are seeking a professional and presentable Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic and English to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient front desk experience for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in Arabic and English
- Manage front desk operations and visitor logs
- Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with scheduling
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Support basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Liaise with internal teams as required
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and handle visitors confidently
