Key responsibilities include:
- Execute defined sales strategies and meet specific revenue targets for assigned accounts or regions.
- Lead account planning, utilizing CRM for precise customer tracking and engagement.
- Coordinate internal resources on a tactical level to support individual client needs.
- Engage in client negotiations, focusing on short-term deal closures and satisfaction.
- Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and identify near-term growth opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and provide sales reports, adjusting approaches as necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with tactical sales objectives.
Qualifications, Key Skills and Competence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field (required)
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Specialized coursework / certifications in sales methodology, Negotiation, etc (a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in the technology, telecom, or cybersecurity sectors
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Strong track record in negotiation and closing high-value deals with customers
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams to support sales objectives without direct reporting lines.
- Strong technical background in networking and/or cybersecurity (technologies, ecosystem, etc.)
