We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Project Sales Executive with proven experience in exhibition and conference sales. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving exhibitor revenue by selling exhibition space, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our events.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire potential exhibitors aligned with event’s theme
- Sell exhibition space by effectively communicating the value proposition and ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through sales strategies and negotiations
- Conduct market and industry research to identify new sales opportunities and competitor activity
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential exhibitors
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored exhibition solutions
- Provide excellent post sale support to exhibitors, ensuring a seamless and positive event experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Exhibition / Conference Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Valid UAE driving license
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
