Document Controller

Responsibilities

  • Handle and distribute mails and correspondences among the client, contractors, and between contractors and subcontractors.
  • Use the document processing system to submit relevant contractor documents (such as drawings, plans, reports, etc.).
  • Manage project documents well and record various types of files for quick access to their latest status.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by project leaders.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 year experience in administrative or document – control work.(Preferably UAE Experience)
  • Proficient in spoken and written English for accurate expression; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Skilled in using basic office software like Word, Excel, and PDF editor, etc., and able to enhance work efficiency with these tools.
  • Be proactive, avoid procrastination, and prioritize the project.
  • Emphasize teamwork and solve problems actively and promptly.
  • Knowledge of road engineering is preferred.
