City Way Facilities Management is looking for a dedicated and experienced Gardener to maintain the beauty and health of gardens, landscapes, and outdoor areas. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of plants, soil, and gardening tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain gardens, lawns, trees, and shrubs.
• Water, fertilize, prune, trim, and mow as needed.
• Remove weeds, dead plants, and debris from garden areas.
• Use hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to landscaping plans.
• Identify and report plant diseases or pest problems.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in outdoor areas.
• Follow daily/weekly schedules assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in gardening or landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care, gardening tools, and basic horticulture.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy tools/materials.
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
