Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and facilitate smooth communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Assist with project management and follow up on tasks assigned to the executive team
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Liaise between executives, staff, and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings
- Support special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and proactive attitude
