Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and facilitate smooth communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
  • Assist with project management and follow up on tasks assigned to the executive team
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records
  • Liaise between executives, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings
  • Support special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and proactive attitude
