Job Description:

As a Coordinator for our tailoring shop specializing in supplying scrubs to clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Order Management:

  • Receive and process client orders for scrubs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with the tailoring team to schedule production and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain order records and update inventory accordingly.

Customer Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on orders, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding fabric options, customization requests, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels of fabric, thread, and other materials required for scrub production.
  • Place orders for materials as needed to maintain adequate stock levels and meet client demand.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Assist in promoting the shop’s scrub products through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials such as brochures and product catalogs.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining client databases, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the shop.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of tailoring or garment production processes is a plus.
