Full job description

  • Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces
  • Empty trash and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
  • Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
  • Operate dishwashing machines safely and correctly
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
  • Follow health, safety, and fire regulations
  • Use cleaning chemicals according to instructions and safety guidelines
  • Work cooperatively with kitchen and service staff
  • Follow hotel policies and grooming standards
