About Us:
A popular casual dining restaurant is launching a new branch in Jumeirah. We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of operations, sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure seamless service.
• Recruit, train, and lead staff while fostering a motivated team culture.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
• Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service and consistent quality.
• Develop and implement business growth initiatives and partnerships.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Ensure proper inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in restaurant management (casual/fine dining).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Go-getter with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); English preferred.
• Solid understanding of operations, sales, and marketing.
