Job Purpose:
The HR Admin will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring company policies are effectively implemented and followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and termination notices as required
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor attendance and leave records and ensure all documentation is submitted on time
- Ensure timely submission and filing of sick leave, annual leave, and other HR-related forms
- Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and procedures
- Assist in payroll processing by collecting relevant data like absences, leaves, and overtime
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee files in a confidential and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
- Coordinate employee welfare activities, HR documentation, and administrative tasks
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment status
Requirements:
- Immediate Joining.
- Proven work experience as an HR Assistant, HR Admin, or similar role
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRMS)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (experience in construction/marble/stone industry is a plus)
