Full job description

We are hiring a highly experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of experience to take full responsibility for construction projects from A to Z — from project kick-off and planning through execution, handover, and close-out.

This role requires strong leadership, full-cycle project control, and the ability to deliver projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities (A to Z):

• Take full ownership of the project from mobilization to final handover and close-out.
• Lead planning, scheduling, milestones, and recovery plans to meet deadlines.
• Manage project budget, cost control, progress billing, variations (VO), and claims.
• Oversee procurement, material approvals, delivery schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Authorities, and all stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
• Ensure quality management (QA/QC): inspections, testing, snagging, and completion.
• Ensure HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) compliance and site discipline.
• Lead site teams, monitor productivity, and enforce accountability.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, risk registers, and management updates.
• Control documentation: shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and as-builts.
• Manage commissioning , O&M manuals, training, and handover documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years experience in construction/project management (UAE experience ).
• Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end with full accountability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of project controls (planning, cost, procurement, QA/QC, HSE).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
