We are hiring for Site Foreman with responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising Crews: Leading and managing work crews to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to the required standards.
• Safety Compliance: Implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and conducting safety briefings.
• Quality Control: Overseeing the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
• Resource Management: Allocating resources such as labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Communication: Acting as the main point of contact between construction workers and project managers, providing updates and addressing issues.

The ideal candidate typically has a solid background in Road construction, strong leadership skills, and experience in coordinating teams.
