Sales Manager (Corporate) – Franchise

Job Requirements

  • Managing daily sales activities to deliver to your full potential.
  • Maintaining existing corporate accounts to solicit existing and potential customers and follow up established accounts on regular basis by personal contact.
  • Meet sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Conduct site inspections and host familiarization Visits
  • Converting RFP’s, converting new Local accounts to the hotel.
  • Responsibly represent the hotel through conducting meetings, conferences, making proposals and other external sales presentations to prospective customers to solicit, explain, negotiate and close hotel sales.
  • Utilize discretion and authority to negotiate contracts and commit company with customers and establish agreements with vendors.
  • Travel and engage in sales activities outside of the hotel to meet with and entertain customers and prospective customers, to close deals.
  • Attend weekly sales departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, e.g., tentative review, lost business review, group-pick up, etc.

Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in Dubai with strong knowledge of corporate market
  • Experience in 4 to 5 Star City hotel
