Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable IT Support / IT Executive to manage day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot system, email, and application-related problems
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT maintenance
  • Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset records

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and common business applications
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple issues with minimal supervision
