BARTENDER – DUBAI

FAST. CLEAN. CONSISTENT. NO EXCUSES.

We’re hiring a serious bartender, not a drink-pusher.
If you’re slow, messy, or need babysitting -don’t apply.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2+ years proven bartending experience in Dubai bars
• Used to high-volume service (you’ve handled pressure, not imagined it)
• Speed + accuracy – fast hands, sharp memory, zero panic
• Obsessive about cleanliness (bar top, tools, fridges, floors, bottles)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar workflow
• Can work long hours without attitude or drop in standards
• Fluent English required
• Well-groomed, professional, disciplined

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Serve drinks fast, correct, and consistently – every single time
• Keep the bar spotless during service, not “after closing”
• Restock, prep, and reset without being asked
• Control wastage, handle glassware properly, respect inventory
• Work in sync with floor staff – no ego, no chaos
• Deliver service that keeps guests ordering, not waiting
