Full job description

  • Staff Management: Recruit, interview, train, schedule, and supervise front and back-of-house staff; resolve conflicts; and ensure high performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experiences, proactively check on diners, and tactfully resolve complaints.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee daily service, manage shifts, act as an expeditor, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock, order supplies, manage deliveries, and control costs.
  • Quality Control: Maintain standards for food preparation, presentation, and storage.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for management and assist with financial management.
