Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.)
  • Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks
  • Handle office errands such as bank work, document delivery, or purchasing office supplies
  • Support staff with any additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Ensure pantry and office supplies are stocked and organized

Requirements:

  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Polite, disciplined, and well-mannered
  • Physically fit and able to handle routine office duties
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage (but not mandatory)
  • Willingness to follow office rules and instructions
