Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who is fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and act as a liaison between management and employees, particularly Arabic-speaking staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Address employee queries and provide HR support, especially for Arabic-speaking employees
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR documentation and MIS reports
- Coordinate with government authorities if required .
