Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment, provide excellent customer service, and efficiently manage front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Interaction: Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries about our services, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
– Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage bookings using our online booking system.
– Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and client check-ins, and process payments.
– Facility Oversight: Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
– Promotional Support: Provide information about ongoing promotions, memberships, and packages.
– Team Coordination: Communicate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth client service.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferably in a wellness, spa, or fitness environment).
– Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Familiarity with scheduling and payment systems.
– A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for health and wellness.
– Ability to commute to Al Raha, Abu Dhabi.
