Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Billing: Prepare invoices and handle cash or card transactions at the counter.
  • Purchase: Raise LPOs and MRQs as per the demand.
  • Counter Sales: Manage Counter Sales of Materials.
  • Accounts: Maintain, record and report daily sales and purchase.
  • Documentation: Proper documentation of the purchase, sales and expense data to be maintained.
  • Data Entry: Enter daily sales, stock details, and customer records in the system.
  • Stock Arrangement: Organize and arrange products in the showroom and store area. Ensure proper labeling and price tagging.
  • Delivery Support: Coordinate and assist in material delivery to customers when required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Paints
  • Computer knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic customer handling skills
  • Should be disciplined and responsible
