Job responsibilities

Your daily tasks will be to: – Ensure the daily operations of the Call Center is smooth and align with the company’s business strategy. – Handling clients requests through phone calls, written channels. – Driving sales results by initiating outreaches communications with clients. – Take lead and ownership in delivering a luxury and customer centric experience. – Contribute and assist to achieve all sales & KPI targets. – Develop relationships with clients by handling guests’ expectations and needs effectively and efficiently, including problem resolutions. – Work closely with Stores to enhance client’s requests.

Profile

– At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services or luxury retail, contact centers. – Able to thrive in a call center environment with strong passions and commitment. – Demonstrate Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility & Commercial Mindset. – Good interpersonal skills. – Fluent in English and Arabic mandatory. – Good computer literacy.
