We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Travel Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert assistance with travel inquiries, bookings, and post-booking support. This role requires a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media channels.
- Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa applications, tour packages, and customized itineraries.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and complaint resolution in line with company policies.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as travel insurance, excursions, car rentals, and premium packages.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Follow up with clients post-booking and after travel to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination updates, and company offerings.
