Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will play a key role in representing our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and email correspondence
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) is required
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Fluent in English
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
