Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and record inventory of feed, bedding, tack, uniforms, stable equipment, and supplies.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, and stock requests.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of stock movement and reconciliations.
  • Handle financial documentation including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Assist in budget tracking, monthly reports, and audit preparation.
  • Ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely reporting of both accounts and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper or Accountant (experience in equestrian centers, farms, or related fields is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Based in Dubai, with immediate availability preferred.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-focused.
