Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and record inventory of feed, bedding, tack, uniforms, stable equipment, and supplies.
- Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, and stock requests.
- Maintain accurate daily records of stock movement and reconciliations.
- Handle financial documentation including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in budget tracking, monthly reports, and audit preparation.
- Ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely reporting of both accounts and inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper or Accountant (experience in equestrian centers, farms, or related fields is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Based in Dubai, with immediate availability preferred.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-focused.
