Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff performance and scheduling.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold company standards.
  • Assist with cash handling, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A team player with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting tools is a plus.
