Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff performance and scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold company standards.
- Assist with cash handling, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting tools is a plus.
