We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer phones, greet clients, and manage office correspondence
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist agents with paperwork, listings, and transaction files
– Organize and maintain digital and physical records
– Perform general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
– Previous administrative or office experience preferred
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
– Real estate experience is a plus
