Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our factory and production operations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day administrative coordination between the factory, warehouse, engineers, and management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to factory and production teams
  • Prepare and maintain production records, job orders, and reports
  • Assist with inventory tracking, material requests, and documentation
  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams
  • Handle filing, data entry, and document control (manual and digital)
  • Monitor attendance records and support basic HR documentation
  • Assist in scheduling, delivery tracking, and internal coordination
  • Ensure documents comply with company policies and procedures
  • Support health & safety documentation and compliance records

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an admin role, preferably in a factory or production environment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory, production, or operations documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work on-site in a factory/production setting
