Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Accounts & Customer Relations Executive. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Manage customer queries and provide timely, professional support.
- Maintain client accounts and ensure smooth communication between the company and clients.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate data and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts or customer relations.
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
