Social Media Content Executive | Hilton Dubai Palm

The Social Media Content Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging digital content across the hotel’s social media platforms. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, driving guest engagement, promoting hotel offerings, and supporting revenue-generating campaigns through compelling storytelling and visual content.

What will I be doing?

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as relevant.
  • Capture on-site photo and video content showcasing rooms, dining, experiences, events, staff, and guest moments.
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and short-form copy aligned with the hotel’s tone of voice.
  • Execute the social media content calendar in line with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand guidelines.
  • Support launches of hotel offers, events, F&B promotions, and partnerships through social media.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform updates relevant to hospitality.
  • Community Management
  • Monitor social media channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers to build community, encourage user-generated content, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Experienced with latest AI tools for content creation and editing
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, or photographers when required.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand standards and hotel values.

  • Excellent written, spoken and read English proficiency
  • Previous Marketing experience in a similar environment (hospitality, agency or airlines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills – confident and effective verbal and written communicator
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable communication to wide audience and manage relationships
  • Strong understanding of local market
  • Creative and ideas orientated
