We are looking for a Basic HR & Admin Officer to support our daily human resources and administrative operations in Dubai. The role requires an organized and reliable individual who can manage essential HR tasks, coordinate with external partners, and support ongoing hiring needs for our shops and production facility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing basic HR operations, including employee records, attendance tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including talent sourcing for retail shops and production teams
  • Posting job openings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing communications with the company PRO for visa, labor, and government-related matters
  • Supporting visa documentation and employee-related administrative processes
  • Handling general office administration, filing, and internal communications
  • Assisting with payroll preparation by organizing employee data
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and basic UAE labor requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a basic HR or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Good communication skills
