Full job description
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Data Entry Operator who can also handle customer calls and messages. The candidate must be comfortable working in Hindi and English and supporting daily office and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in computer systems
- Maintain records related to water usage, billing, and customers
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Call customers for payment follow-ups, service updates, and information
- Respond to customer messages on phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Prepare basic reports when required
- Coordinate with field staff and office team
Requirements
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Polite communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time well
Preferred Skills
- Experience in data entry or customer service
- Experience in utility, water, electricity, or billing-related work
- Knowledge of CRM or customer management systems
