Overview:

We are seeking a well-presented and professional Receptionist cum Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while supporting administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Handle visitor logs, access control, and meeting room coordination
  • Maintain a neat and professional reception area at all times

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to management and staff
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
  • Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and document handling
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars

Office Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Support basic HR coordination (attendance tracking, document filing, onboarding support)
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documentation

Records & Documentation

  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support document control and record management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant in the UAE
  • Familiarity with UAE office culture and professional standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks independently
  • Knowledge of basic HR and office procedures is an advantage
