Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Officer (Office Support) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate or service-oriented environment, with strong communication and coordination skills. This role focuses on supporting daily office operations, including office needs, inventory, and maintenance coordination, while also handling basic customer and client support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and visitor inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Handle basic customer requests, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Monitor and manage office requirements, including supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service providers as needed.
- Ensure the office is well-organized, functional, and properly maintained at all times.
- Maintain and update office records, inventory logs, and documentation in line with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding office-related needs and operational support.
- Assist with meeting arrangements, office scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare simple reports related to office operations, inventory, or support activities.
- Uphold a professional image of the company and support a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in office support, administrative support, or customer service, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Basic understanding of office operations, inventory management, and facilities coordination.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to handle documentation and basic reporting.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
