Job Title: Service Crew cum Cashier

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Service Crew cum Cashier to support daily operations by assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring smooth front-of-house service. This role combines customer service duties with cashier responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Operate the cash register or POS system and handle payments
• Issue receipts and manage cash responsibly
• Assist with serving food or beverages as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of service and cashier areas
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic assistance
• Follow company procedures for cash handling and customer service

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, honest, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Previous experience as service crew or cashier
• Experience using POS systems
