Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Banquet Leader to guide, inspire, and lead the banquet department at our property, delivering outstanding events and exceptional guest service.
- Plan, organize, and oversee banquet events including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions
- Analyze market trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Ensure seamless daily operations across banquet setup, service execution, and breakdown for all events
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with Accor brand standards.
- Regularly review guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate event details with clients, sales teams, chefs, and service staff
- Supervise, train, and schedule banquet staff to ensure proper coverage and service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet operations management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisines, wines, and mixology.
- Proficiency in financial management, revenue analysis, and budgeting.
- Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
