Our Award wining Restaurant is looking for an experienced Arab Speaker candidate to join us on an immediate basis as a Reservationist or Call Center Agent.

You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers questions Handle reservations efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
• Manage high-volume reservations for our beach club and restaurant.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to handle reservations and interact with customers.

Attention to Detail: Precision in recording reservation details and ensuring accuracy.

Multi-tasking: Capability to handle multiple reservations simultaneously.

Familiarity with SevenRooms

Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills.

Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is often preferred.
