Job Summary:
e are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Document Controller exclusively for UAE Nationals. The role focuses on accurate data entry, document management, and record keeping. The ideal candidate is organized, precise, and able to maintain up-to-date records in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities – Data Entry, Customer Interaction & Technical Support

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Organize, control, and archive documents, ensuring proper naming, version control, and easy retrieval.
  • Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers for all files.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before filing or submission.
  • Support departments by retrieving records and documents when needed.
  • Follow document control procedures and ensure confidentiality of company information.
  • Identify and report missing, incorrect, or outdated information to supervisors for correction.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to documentation and data management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in administration, information management, or related field is a plus.
  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, document control, or administrative roles.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
