Job Description:
The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to hotel guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. This role supports daily restaurant, bar, banquet, and/or room service operations while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Set up and break down dining areas for service, events, or banquets
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Handle guest payments and operate POS systems accurately when required
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory control
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and service team members
- Follow hotel policies, service standards, and grooming guidelines
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
