We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services
- Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Stay updated on product details, pricing, and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus
