About the Role
We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our company and also support administration role. This role plays a key part in front office operations, coordination, and lead management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth workflow and operations
- Maintain and update lead records accurately
- Provide administrative and control support to management and operations teams
- Ensure the reception and front office areas are organized and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in the real estate industry
- Previous experience in receptionist, front office, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
