The Cleaning Worker ensures a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for guests and staff by maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dining Area: Clean/sanitize tables, chairs, floors, and windows; empty trash.
• Restrooms: Disinfect surfaces, restock supplies, and mop floors.
• Kitchen: Sanitize countertops, sweep/mop floors, and manage trash.
• Dishwashing: Wash dishes/utensils, maintain dish area, and operate equipment.
• General Duties: Dust surfaces, clean entryways, and handle spills promptly.
• Support: Assist staff with cleaning tasks and deep cleaning as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.
• Physical stamina (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Flexible availability (weekends/evenings as needed).

Work Environment:

• Restaurant setting with exposure to wet floors, heat, and cleaning chemicals.
