The General Helper is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the flour milling facility, particularly in the physical handling, loading, and unloading of 50kg flour bags. The role requires manual labor, attention to safety, and adherence to hygiene standards in a food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload 50kg flour bags from trucks, pallets, conveyors, and storage areas.
• Stack and arrange bags in designated storage areas or transport units safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the weighing, packing, sealing, and labeling of flour bags when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and loading/unloading areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures, especially when handling heavy materials.
• Report any damaged goods or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in minor maintenance or cleaning tasks of equipment or facility, as directed.
• Support other departments as needed, including raw material handling and machine feeding.
• Participate in team meetings and safety briefings.
